Responsibilities and duties

• Experience in preparing highly detailed and complex recipes
• Follow customer specifications for visual plating presentation
• Experience in broiling, batch cooking, sautéing, poaching, baking, frying and blanching
• Ability to comprehend Menu specifications.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customer both internal and external.

Key Responsibilities

•         Preparing

•         Ensure compliance with quality standards, FDA, HACCP & other regulations

•         Follow recipes to exact specifications

•         Prepare meals for Airline customers

Qualifications, Education and Experience:

•         Two to Four years' experience

•         Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

•         Must have ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure.

•         Must be a team spirited individual.

•         Must be flexible on days off and start time.

•         Excellent attendance.
